I like to cook simple things when I'm busy and more complex dishes when I'm feeling gourmet. I enjoy using organic, fresh non-processed ingredients and would grow them myself if I were not so gardening challenged. I do live in fog country though, so I blame that. I have a lot of rage, and love to cook it out!
