I'm not a cook. I'm an only child (son) raised by a single mom. Growing up she always had a hot meal on the table even thought she worked all day. It's likely that any recipe you see under my profile was stolen from her. She's no chef, but she's a mom-chef. The type of woman who can look in a fridge and make something good out of whatever's in there. She has many recipes written down somewhere that I'd like to get digitized, this is my effort to do so.
