These were ridiculously good, which makes sense since they have oil, butter, panko, and Lawry's seasoned salt. They're good on top of a crispy romaine salad with ranch dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast meat
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup panko
- 2 tbsp Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup butter
2 servings
Directions
Remove any tendons in the chicken and cut into strips. Slice thick pieces in half. Set aside.
Mix the flour, panko, and seasoned salt. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture.
Heat oil and butter in a large saucepan. Add the chicken and cook until the bottom is brown. Flip and brown the other side.
Remove from heat. Wait a couple minutes before slicing.
