Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed & halved
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
2 servings

Directions

Preheat oven to 425º.

Toss brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, and salt. Make sure the brussels sprouts are well-coated.

Spread out on a baking sheet cut side down and roast for 15 minutes on the middle rack.

Serve warm.
