roasted broccolini

I love the crispy bits. Even thicker stems turn out perfectly with this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 bundle (5 oz) baby broccolini, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
2 servings

Directions

Preheat oven to 425ยบ.

Toss broccolini with olive oil, garlic, and salt. Make sure the broccolini is well-coated. Wipe up the garlic bits with the florets.

Spread out on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes on the middle rack.

Serve warm.
