
Ingredients
- 1 lb dates, seeds removed
- 2 cups raw walnut pieces
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
36 squares
Directions
In a food processor, combine dates, walnuts, almonds, cocoa powder, and salt. Process until well combined (about 1 minutes).
Remove from food processor and press firmly into a 8" pan lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate to make it easier to cut.
