
Here's an easy way to make fruity ice cream: marmalade! In an instant, you'll add sophistication to your ice cream base. I like to use Terra Verde Foods' Blood Orange Marmalade.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup marmalade
1 quart
Directions
Whisk the eggs and sugar until they turn light in color. Then whisk in the cream, milk, and all but 2 tablespoons of marmalade.
Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and churn according to your machine. At the very end, swirl in the remaining marmalade.
Transfer to freezer-safe containers and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
