
I don't love beer, but I love this ice cream. I'm thinking this might be the gateway to heavy beer-drinking.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cups sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 bottle Guinness extra stout (12 oz)
1 quart
Directions
Whisk the eggs and sugar until they turn light in color. Whisk in the cream, and then whisk in the beer.
Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and churn according to your machine.
Transfer to freezer-safe containers and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
