This is not that sweet, which makes it a great canvas to go sweet or savory.
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place butter in a 10" skillet over medium heat.
As the butter is melting and starting to brown, mix the eggs, flour, milk, and sugar until smooth.
Once the butter has melted, add the batter to the pan. Then transfer to the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the pancake is puffed and golden. Turn off the oven and keep baking for another 5 minutes.
Remove from oven. Cut into wedges and top with whatever makes you happy.
