"Chinese" Baby, like a "Dutch Baby" but with Asian ingredients
- 3 tbsp canola oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 4 green onions, trimmed and thinly sliced
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place oil in a 10" skillet over medium heat.
As it's heating, mix the eggs, flour, milk, sugar, soy sauce, and salt until smooth. Fold in the green onions.
Add the batter to the pan. Then transfer to the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the pancake is puffed and golden. Turn off the oven and keep baking for another 5 minutes.
Remove from oven. Cut into wedges and top with whatever makes you happy.
