I always thought blue cheese dressing was some kind of complicated affair until I watched Hugh whip some *delicious* dressing together in seconds. Easy!
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 cup crumbled bleu cheese
- juice 1/2 lemon
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
2 cups
Directions
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until you reach the texture you desire. Blend less for lumpy, more for smooth.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Cayenne! Brilliant!
Yum! I want to dip everything in this as well as put it on a baked potato and dress a salad. I might add a little cayenne to give it some zing.
