blue cheese dressing

This is super yummy! I added a pinch of cayenne and put it on a baked potato. Broccoli also rocks with this stuff on it. Maybe I'll try pouring it on a steak.


  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • juice 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cup crumbled bleu cheese
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • pinch of cayenne
3 cups


Blend mayo, sour cream, garlic, and lemon juice. Stir in bleu cheese. (If you like it creamy, consider blending mixture with a food processor.)

Salt and pepper to taste.
Cayenne if desired.
