Be warned, though. Much like eating oreos, BBQ ribs, or poppy seed bagels, this ice cream will leave little flecks of black in your teeth so you'll want to check your teeth after eating this.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup black sesame seed powder
- 1 tbsp roasted black sesame seeds
1 quart
Directions
Whisk the eggs and sugar until they turn light in color. Then whisk in the cream and milk. Add in the sesame powder and seeds
Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and churn according to your machine.
Transfer to freezer-safe containers and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
