BBQ pulled chicken

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp cumin
4 small servings


Add all the ingredients in a narrow pot with not a lot of space on the sides so that the liquid will cover the chicken. Bring to boil, and then let simmer covered for 90 minutes, flipping the chicken occasionally.

Move the chicken to a bowl and shred with two forks. Add sauce from the pot until seasoned to your liking. (You might want to reduce the sauce a little if it seems too thin.) Serve the rest of the sauce on the side for those who like it saucy.
