Ingredients
- 1 rack pork ribs
- kosher salt
- freshly ground pepper
- garlic powder
- BBQ sauce

Directions
Preheat oven to 300°.
Lay a piece of foil on a rimmed baking sheet so that enough hangs over to fold it back over the ribs.
Turn ribs with the bone-side facing up. Remove the membrane by sliding a knife underneath it to lift, loosen, and remove it. Season the ribs on both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place meat-side up on the foil.
Cover with foil and crimp the edges to securely seal in the ribs.
Bake for 3 hours.
Remove from oven and slather with BBQ sauce. Broil or grill.
Eat.
