BBQ beef ribs

Control yourself.

Ingredients

  • 2 racks beef ribs
  • kosher salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • BBQ sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 300°.

Insert a knife under the membrane at the middle of the bone-side of the ribs. Pull it up and try to pull toward the ends to remove it as best you can.

Lay a piece of foil on a rimmed baking sheet so that enough hangs over to fold it back over the ribs.

Salt and pepper the ribs on both sides. Place one rack on the foil bone-side up. Lay the second rack bone side down.

Cover with foil and crimp the edges to securely seal in the ribs.

Bake for 3 hours.

Remove from oven and slather with BBQ sauce. Broil or grill. Flip over to char both sides.

Eat.

4 hours
