So I asked my daughter to name the cookies and she came up with "Tezamala"...uh, okay. So I decided to go with something based on the ingredients. Peanut butter is peanut butter...there's no improving that. When I thought about white chocolate and corn flakes, I came up with "snow". (I'm sure there's a psych test out there that has just deemed me unstable.) So there you have it...Peanut Butter Snowballs.
Ingredients
- 1 12oz pkg white chocolate chips
- 1 pkg corn flakes*
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- * I only used about half a 12oz box of corn flakes
About 2 dozen
Directions
Line cookie sheets with wax paper.
Melt butterscotch chips in microwave.
Add in peanut butter and then mix in noodles until well covered.
Plop onto wax paper and chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
