Here's an easy recipe that the kids can [for the most part] do.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg butterscotch chips
- 1 pkg chow mein noodles*
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- *I used ''China Boy'' Chow Mein noodles (yeah, it's so wrong, yet – like driving by a car accident – I couldn't ignore it), which comes in a 12oz package. However, this recipe if so flexible you can easily wing it with a little more or less.

Directions
Line cookie sheets with wax paper.
Melt butterscotch chips in microwave.
Add in peanut butter and then mix in noodles until well covered.
Plop onto wax paper and let set.
