I actually hang stalks in my kitchen and allow them to air dry. When I want to make tea, I break/cut pieces of stalk (leaves AND stem) and add hot water.

- mint stalks
Directions
Wash mint stalks.
Dry entire stems (either by hanging and air drying or by using joanie's oven method).
To store, cut up stem between leaf clusters.
Add a couple of pieces to hot water for mint tea. Or add a green tea bag for mint green tea.
