Okay, this started out as another recipe to use up some buttermilk in my fridge. Only it ended with the realization...who knew ranch dressing was so simple! I'm done buying the bottles that just go bad in the fridge (or in my pantry). From now on I'll make it on demand.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- pinch of salt
- 1 small clove garlic, minced (optional)
1/2 cup
Directions
Mix all the ingredients and then serve.
