BBQ pork ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 rack pork ribs, halved
  • kosher salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • garlic powder
  • BBQ sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 300°.

Lay a piece of foil on a rimmed baking sheet so that enough hangs over to fold it back over the ribs.

Sprinkle the ribs on both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place both halves side by side, meat-side up.

Cover with foil and crimp the edges to securely seal in the ribs.

Bake for 2 hours.

Remove from oven and slather with BBQ sauce. Broil or grill.

Eat.
