I was hungry and about to feed the baby some cold tofu. I thought, "Why don't I have some of this too!" And then I decided to make it into a quasi-ma po tofu type of thing. Very quasi but pretty dang good. And beyond easy.

Ingredients

  • Cold Tofu (firm or soft will work)
  • Sriracha Sauce
  • Soy Sauce
1 serving

Directions

Cut up some cold tofu either into nice uniform cubes or rough chunks.

Dab with Sriracha to taste.

Splash with soy sauce.

Note: Goes well with cold leftover garlic-roasted new potatoes.
