Ingredients
- For The Brats:
 - 8 bratwurst
 - 1 apple
 - 2 onions
 - ½ stick of salted butter
 - 2 beers of your choice (darker beers work better)
 - For The Cheesy Beer Sauce:
 - 8 ounces shredded Gruyre cheese
 - 8 ounces shredded orange sharp cheddar cheese
 - 2 tablespoons flour
 - 1 cup of simmering liquid from the brats
 - For The Sriracha Ketchup:
 - 1 cup of ketchup
 - 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
