Ingredients
- Rosemary Ciabatta from Tom Cat Bakery
- Italian Parsley
- Preserved Jalapeno
- Pickled Onion
- Braised Short Rib (prepare and make to your liking)
- Salsa Verde
Directions
1. Toast the ciabatta roll.
2. Brush salsa verde on the inside of each piece of bread.
3. Place hot short rib on bottom piece of bread and pour any remaining braising liquid on top of the meat.
4. Top the meat with whole parsley leaves, preserved jalapeno, and pickled onions.
5. Place top piece of bread on sandwich, cut in half, and enjoy.
