East/Pizza

Pretty much, the pizzas (Brett makes) at home are "inspired" by what we used to order at CPK. Happy eating!

Ingredients

  • ORIENTAL BEEF PIZZA
  • Dough Base
  • Teriyaki Sauce
  • Gouda Cheese
  • Caramelized Onions
  • Sliced Mushrooms
  • Yellow Peppers
  • Beef Strips
  • Sesame Seeds
  • HOI SIN CHICKEN PIZZA
  • Dough Base
  • Hoi Sin Sauce
  • Gouda Cheese
  • Caramelized Onions
  • Sliced Mushrooms
  • Yellow Peppers
  • Bean Sprouts
  • Chicken Breast Chunks
  • Sesame Seeds
2 Pizzas

Directions

Assemble in following order (bottom to top)
* Dough Base
* Teriyaki Sauce (brush on a very light coating)
* Gouda Cheese
* Caramelized Onions (thinly sliced)
* Sliced Mushrooms (lightly drizzled with soy sauce)
* Yellow Peppers (thinly sliced and lightly sautéed)
* Beef Strips (coated in Chinese Five Spice seasoning and lightly browned / 2 mins max in skillet)
* Sesame Seeds (light dusting)

Hoi Sin Chicken Pizza
Assemble in following order (bottom to top)
* Dough Base
* Hoi Sin Sauce (brush on a very light coating)
* Gouda Cheese
* Caramelized Onions (thinly sliced)
* Sliced Mushrooms (lightly drizzled with soy sauce)
* Yellow Peppers (thinly sliced and lightly sautéed)
* Bean Sprouts
* Chicken Breast Chunks (marinated in Hoi Sin sauce, lightly browned in skillet)
* Sesame Seeds (light dusting)

Bake at 220 C (428 F) for 10-15 minutes (fan-assisted oven.)

We do crazy things like that in England.

You may have to adjust / convert accordingly.
