This sambal is meant to be eaten with Mie Bakso, a salty meatball noodle soup. In this recipe use the broth you've made for the soup.
Ingredients
- 15-20 red fresh thai chilis
- 1 garlic
- 1 shallot
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soup broth

Directions
Steam the garlic, chilis and shallot til soft. Put them in a grinder along with the sugar and salt and grind into a paste. Put chili mix into a bowl and add vinegar and soup broth.
