This chili will burn your eyes just by looking at it. A really spicy and vinegary chili. A lot like a crazy hot wing sauce but without the butter.
Ingredients
- 15 red thai chilis, stemmed
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp water
about 1/4 cup
Directions
Blend the chilis, sugar and salt in a grinder til you have a paste. Put the paste in a bowl and add vinegar and water. You should have a smooth and runny sauce.
