Roti Keju

Roti Keju by Sarah Xiong

The real Indonesian dish involves a grilled slice of bread under a mountain of processed cheese from a street vendor. I like to make mine pretty.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2" cube Dutch-processed gouda cheese
  • condensed milk
  • slice of white bread

Directions

Pour a layer of condensed milk over the bread. Shred cheese on the bread. Drizzle more condensed milk on top.
