So simple yet so good!
Ingredients
- 4 red peppers
- 3 cloves garlic sliced
- 1/2 bunch oregano
- 2 oz olive oil
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- Cracked black pepper

Directions
Rub peppers in a little oil and today in oven for an hour at 400 degrees.
Skin and seed peppers.
Warm oil, vinegar, salt and garlic. Add peppers and juices to the pot. Reduce a little. Add black pepper and toss in oregano.
Eat with crusty bread.
