No fail popovers

Beautiful rise with these popovers but way too salty. I decreased the original recipe by half.


  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 c ap flour
  • 1/2 salt


Preheat oven to 400. Melt butter in microwave. Brush 1 tbsp in muffin pan and put pan in oven. Warm milk in microwave for about 30 seconds. Whip eggs till light in color. Add all remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Whip till light. Pour batter into pan while still in the oven. Close and don't open oven for 35 minutes.
