Indonesian street snack.
- 5 oz sourdough pancake batter
- 4 oz white cheddar
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2-3 oz condensed milk
Pour all the pancake batter into a nonstick pan over medium low heat. Swirl batter to create a thin edge. Cover and bake for about 5-10 minutes till surface is no longer wet. Turn up heat slightly to crisp the bottom. When sides are browned turn off heat. Leave pancake in the pan and rub the butter on the surface. Shred all of the cheese onto half of the pancake. Drizzle condensed milk all over the top. Fold pancake in half and cut in 6-8 pieces.
