- 2 cups sweetened almond milk
- 1/4 c cream
- Couple of handfuls of sugar (sorry thats how i do)
- 1 egg, room temp
- 1 1/2 c cooked rice
Add milk, cream, rice and sugar over low heat. Reduce til slightly thickened. Temper egg with a few scoops of hot milk. Do not allow it to boil. Keep heat low. Stir continuously til thickened.
