Kale Chips

You can easily eat a whole head of kale in one sitting.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp grape seed oil
  • 1 package of pre-washed baby kale
  • or 1 head of kale, center stems removed
  • 1/4 tsp salt
1 serving (for me)

Directions

Toss kale with oil and salt. Lay flat on baking sheet (no need to grease) in a single layer. Bake at 275 for about 45 minutes. Flip kale over at about 30 minutes.

Note: If using a head of kale be sure it is super dry before tossing with oil and salt.
