Gyeranmari (Rolled Omelette)

Gyeranmari (Rolled Omelette) by Sarah Xiong


  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup steamed veggies, chopped fine
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp sake
  • 1/4 tsp soy


Mix ingredients in a bowl. Pour 1/3 of the contents into an oiled pan over medium low heat. Start rolling on one end, Add egg mixture to the unrolled side of the omelette til you've used it up.

Brown the outside. Place on saran wrap then roll into tatami mat for 10 minutes to cool.

Can be served warm or cold.
