Grilled Sweet Potatoes

Grilling does magical things to a sweet potato. Sugar drips out where the skin bursts and the potato caramelizes where it burns. Smells like sweet charcoal. I always have these in my fridge as a stand-by snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb korean sweet potatoes

Directions

Boil potatoes in water til fork tender. Finish over warmed grill.
