Works great with any recipe. May need xanthan gum as a binding agent in some recipes.
- 6 cups (28 1/2 ounces) white rice flour
- 2 cups (10 3/4 ounces) potato starch
- 1 cup (4 ounces) tapioca flour or tapioca starch
- 14.25 oz white rice flour
- 2.875 oz potato starch
- 2 oz tapioca flour
Whisk all ingredients together. Store in airtight container.
