One bowl cookies are my favorite kind of cookies. These should be crispy, slightly sweet cookies. Makes 24 1-oz cookies.
Ingredients
- 6 oz instant steel cut oats
- 2 oz coconut flour (or 3 oz ap, or 4 oz gf ap flour)
- 2 oz almond flour
- 3 tbsp ground flax
- 2 egg
- 2.5 oz coconut oil
- 2.5 oz tahini
- 7 oz sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 + 1/8 tsp salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in one bowl. Portion into ball and bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Rotate halfway to ensure even baking. Let cool on sheet for 5 minutes.
