Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4.3 oz medium-grind cornmeal
  • 2 oz stone ground cornmeal
  • 2.5 oz all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2.5 oz sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g yogurt
  • 8 oz milk
  • 1 cup frozen corn

Directions

Set cast iron skillet in 350 oven.

Melt butter.

Mix dry ingredients in big bowl. Mix wet ingredients in medium bowl. Add melted butter to wet ingredients. Make a well in dry bowl and mix in wet ingredients by hand. Add frozen corn.

Put a little melted butter on skillet. Add batter and bake for 30-40 minutes.
