There is a restaurant where I'm originally from called the Drover. It's famous for it's whiskey marinated steak. I tried re-creating this recipe but disliked the strong whiskey taste. The brandy's sweetness adds a more mellow, well-rounded flavor that perfectly balances the sodium dump in this recipe.
Ingredients
- 1-1lb rib-eye steak
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brandy (cheapest kind)
- 1/8 cup worcestershire sauce
- greek seasoning
- salt

Directions
Mix soy, brand and worcestershire sauce in bread pan. Marinate steak for 15 minutes. Turn several times if steak is not fully immersed.
Right before grilling add a pinch of greek seasoning and salt to the steak just for aroma.
