Baked Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 3 cloves garlic, smashed into bits
  • 2 tbsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp lemon pepper (i use Lawry's)
  • additional black pepper and lemon pepper

Directions

Set oven to 500 degrees. Make a foil tray on a baking sheet. Spray foil tin with nonstick spray.

Add ingredients in a bag. Let marinate at room temperature for 30 min.

Place on foil tray and add more black pepper and lemon pepper til the wings are nicely covered.

Bake for about 20 minutes or til one side is crispy. Turn the chicken wings over. Bake for another 5-10 minutes til other side is crisp. Toss with more lemon pepper right out of the oven.
