Aji Sauce

Aji Sauce by Sarah Xiong

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches cilantro, leaves and soft stems
  • 4 jalapenos, seeds and all
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3.5 oz olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Few drops of lemon juice to preserve the color
  • 1/4c water
about 12 oz

Directions

Add jalapenos, garlic, salt, lemon, water and cilantro in food processor. Slowly our olive oil in feeding tube. Blend til very smooth.
