Ingredients
- 2 bunches cilantro, leaves and soft stems
- 4 jalapenos, seeds and all
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3.5 oz olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- Few drops of lemon juice to preserve the color
- 1/4c water
about 12 oz
Directions
Add jalapenos, garlic, salt, lemon, water and cilantro in food processor. Slowly our olive oil in feeding tube. Blend til very smooth.
