I wanted cinnamon rolls and bread was lazier.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz white chocolate chips
  • Rose's cinnamon swirl recipe (see link)

Directions

White chocolate burns if exposed outside the bread. To assemble bread:

Roll bread like you're going to make cinnamon rolls. Sprinkle white chocolate then fold in half so chips will be between cinnamon filling and crust. Spread cinnamon filing on dough. Sprinkle more chips on cinnamon. Roll into a loaf. Bake as instructed in recipe.

Cinnamon swirl bread trends to create gaps when baking. In order to eliminate gaps you need moisture. Add molasses and/or maple syrup to your cinnamon filling.
