- 1/2 cup chopped Onion
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 3 minced Garlic cloves
- 1/2 pound sugar snap Peas
- 1/2 cup shredded Carrots
- 3 cups cubed, cooked turkey tenderloin
- 3/4 cup reduced-sodium Chicken broth
- 1/4 cup rice Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp crushed red Pepper
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 tbsp chopped Basil leaves
- Salt to taste
- Ground black Pepper
- 4 Lime wedges
Step 1: In a bowl, mix broth, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and pepper flakes well.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, then add onion and garlic, and cook until onion becomes soft.
Step 3: Add snap peas and carrots, and cook 2 minutes, then add turkey and cook until it becomes golden brown on all sides
