Ingredients
- • 2 cup Rice Soaked and Drained
- • 2 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
- • 2 Onion, Sliced
- • 1-2 Carrot, Peeled and Chopped
- • 1 Medium Sized Capsicum, Chopped
- • ¼ cup Cabbage, Chopped
- • ½ cup Peas, Finely Chopped
- • 2-3 Green chilies, Chopped
- • 1 tsp Ginger, Chopped
- • 1 tsp Garlic, Chopped
- • ¼ tsp White Pepper Powder
- • 1 Bunch Green Onion, Chopped
- • 1-2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- • Oil for fry
- • Salt to taste
Directions
Step 1: Boil rice in a pan add salt and cook till the rice is tender. Turn off the heat, drain well and let them cool
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, add onion, green chilies, garlic and ginger. Stir it for few minutes till the onion become soften
