Ingredients
- • 8-10 Baby Potatoes , Boiled and Peeled
 - • 2 medium Sized Onion ,Chopped
 - • 1 cup Tomato Paste
 - • 1-2 tbsp Ghee
 - • ½ cup Yogurt
 - • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
 - • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
 - • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
 - • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
 - • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
 - • ½ tsp Garam Masala
 - • ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
 - • 2-3 Cloves
 - • 2-3 Black Pepper Corn
 - • Water as required
 - • Few Coriander Leaves ,Chopped
 - • Oil for fry
 - • Salt to taste
 
Directions
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan to fry potatoes .Prick potatoes with help of a fork and drop them in to the oil to deep fry. Fry till the golden from all sides and drain on an absorbent paper. Keep them aside
Step 2: Heat ghee in another pan, add cumin seeds, cloves and black pepper. Cook over a medium heat then add onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes till the onion turns golden. Now add ginger – garlic paste. Sauté again
