Ingredients
- • 500 grams Ladyfingers, Washed and Sliced Thinly
- • 2 tbsp Bengal Gram Flour
- • ½ -1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- • ½ tsp Chaat Masala
- • ½ tsp Dry Mango Powder
- • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- • Oil for fry
- • Salt to taste
Directions
Step 1: Put the bhindi in a large bowl and gently mix all the spices as red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, mango powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt. Mix well
Step 2: Now add Bengal gram flour in the bowl and combined well. Keep it aside for few minutes
