Melt-In-Your-Mouth Vegan White Chocolate Cranberry Hearts

MyHealthyDessert
Vegan white chocolate has always been tricky, but here’s an amazing last-minute Valentine’s Day dessert. These raw white chocolate hearts are not only delicious and healthier than store bought ones, but they are super easy to make. They require only 4-5 ingredients and 5 minutes to prepare.
Cranberries are optional; you can leave your fudge plain or add some nuts of your choice. Coconut cream is what makes them so delicate, but if you don’t have any, you can use coconut oil instead.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa butter
- 1 tablespoon of coconut cream
- 1-2 teaspoons of sweetener of your choice
- Vanilla extract – optional
- Dried cranberries - optional
Directions
Melt the cocoa butter and add the sugar, vanilla extract and coconut cream, and mix everything well.
Put the dried cranberries on the bottom of your molds and pour the white chocolate mixture over them.
Put in the freezer or fridge until the hearts have hardened. Store them in the fridge until you are ready to eat them.
