Here’s a delicious and easy-to-make cookie recipe for walnut lovers. It’s also completely gluten-free and dairy-free.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of walnuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of flax meal or ground flaxseed
  • Sweetener of your choice (I used 3 tablespoons of maple syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • Cinnamon – optional

Directions

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Ground the walnuts.

Whisk the eggs, add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything together.

Shape cookies and decorate them with a walnut.

Bake for about 15 minutes.

Let them cool down and enjoy!
