Korean Shrimp Bulgogi Hakka Noodles


  • Ingredients for marination:
  • Shrimp, medium size- 200 gm
  • Salt, to taste
  • Vinegar- 1 tbsp
  • Dark Soya Sauce- 1 tbsp
  • Green Chilli Sauce- 1 tbsp
  • Ingredients for noodles:
  • Hakka Noodles- 200 gm
  • Chopped ginger & garlic 2 tbsp
  • Chopped vegetables- red capsicum, red jalapeno chilies
  • julienne-cut carrots & shredded cabbage.
  • Hakka Noodles Masala- 2 tsp
  • Vinegar- 2 tsp
  • Dark Soya Sauce- 2 tsp
  • Green Chili Sauce 1-2 tsp
  • Roasted Sesame- 3 tbsp
  • Cooking oil 4-5 tbsp
