- Shrimp, medium size- 200 gm
- Salt, to taste
- Vinegar- 1 tbsp
- Dark Soya Sauce- 1 tbsp
- Green Chilli Sauce- 1 tbsp
- Ingredients for noodles:
- Hakka Noodles- 200 gm
- Chopped ginger & garlic 2 tbsp
- Chopped vegetables- red capsicum, red jalapeno chilies
- julienne-cut carrots & shredded cabbage.
- Hakka Noodles Masala- 2 tsp
- Vinegar- 2 tsp
- Dark Soya Sauce- 2 tsp
- Green Chili Sauce 1-2 tsp
- Roasted Sesame- 3 tbsp
- Cooking oil 4-5 tbsp
