- Paneer cubes -- 300 gm
- Green capsicum -- (chopped) 50 gm
- Onion -- (chopped)50 gm
- Split green chilies -- 20gm
- Finely chopped garlic ---- 10 gm
- Sugar --- 3 tbsp
- Honey --- 1 tbsp
- Vinegar --- 4 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup --- 4 tbsp
- Dry red chilies --- 5 to 6 socked in hot water
- Corn flour -- 5 to 6 tbsp
- Salt as per taste
- Cooking oil for deep fry
